We are an event rental company and we’re here to offer an digital display technologies and AV equipment’s for events and exhibitions. Our services let you rent displays like Professional Panels, Large Touch screen TVs, Digital Kiosk Standees, Video walls and Matrix Display systems and even basic Audio Visual equipment’s at affordable prices.

We are currently operational in nine cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Chennai, Pune, Goa, Mumbai and Delhi.

The price for our rental equipment is for a standard period of 24hrs and anything longer than that additional charges will apply.

Not usually for our regular clients and for new client a fixed minimal amount is collected as security deposit on your chosen rental. This amount is fully refundable if the products are returned to us in good condition after the event.

We have a simple contract that you need to sign when you confirm the orders through the formal PO and the Contract includes basic terms of renting, payment, refund, damage and early closure policies. Please note that some terms in our contracts are subject to change anytime as per Mass Visions discretion. You will be notified as soon as a modification is made to your existing contract.

Mass Visions is always upgrading its inventory and ensures the highest level of quality and functionality of the products you rent from us, which are in a condition that is as good as new. As a part of setup be it touchscreen, LED Panel or a Matrix Video Wall we will get the necessary accessories like mounting kits, brackets, stands, HDMI and power cables which are suitable to your event setup, kindly discuss with our sales team for the right combinations.

We deliver and pick up the products absolutely free of cost and as per your schedule. We don’t charge for delivery usually, but for some of the heavier goods which need skilled labour for installation, In case delivery and installations has to be made at a location other place than Bangalore we do charge a small installation and transportation fee. While booking products for renting, this will be clearly discussed and actual breakups are also given on all quotations and invoices accordingly.

No, We do not have any free trial policy and most of the equipment’s are just displays as similar to any other TVs, In case of touch screens and Kiosk standees we can offer a free demo only at our warehouse or within the premises of Mass Visions and if any demo requirements at the clients place is considered one day rental and charged accordingly.

Renters are responsible for items from the time of inventory arrives at the venue until these items are returned. All rental items (including cables, mounts, brackets and remotes) need to be protected from the weather, theft and setup damages. A 10% non-refundable damage deposit is added to all accounts. This deposit covers minor damage or missing items. Losses caused by negligence, improper use  are greater than the damage deposit will incur an additional charge up to the entire cost of the inventory.

You may cancel your order any time up until 7 days prior to the event delivery and no fee will be charged. Cancelling your order or removing items from your order 2 days prior to the event will incur a restocking fee equal to 50% of the price of the items cancelled or removed. Cancelling your order on the day before the event or on the day of the event will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
